Subject: Gathering Host Sought

There are things happening this weekend and if we are going to Gather, we need hosts! Russian Folk Music on Saturday, Donkey Basketball on Sunday are funny possibilities needing a host.

Sunday Breakfast is in the bag and Dean is hosting for us at 10:00 a.m. in Jackson's Sports Bar at 3320 W Kennewick Ave., Kennewick, WA.

What's it take to Host? You merely have to help the webMaster plan the event and commit to be there to gather the singles for some fun. Sunny Singles will promote your event via GAS and the website. Well, are you feeling lucky?

IT'S DINNER TIME AGAIN!

WaaaaHooo Barbeque! We are Gathering at 7:00 p.m. in in Ray's Golden Lion Restaurant, 1353 George Washington Way, Richland, WA. I understand this is located in the Uptown Plaza not so far from the Towne Crier [where we used to have breakfast]. *Ray* recommended the mongolian barbeque :)

Join Dennis at CBC's Winter Jazz night this Thursday, March 11, at 8pm. The CBC Jazz Ensemble, directed by Randy Hubbs and nationally acclaimed vocal jazz group, Freeform, directed by Dave Cazier, will thrill you with a variety of jazz styles in the CBC Theatre Free of charge.

Subject: Was St. Patrick a Sunny Single?

Wednesday the 17th is St. Patty's Day and I for one would like to drink a Guinness with as many of the Sunny Singles as we can get together. Let's see a show of hands for a late afternoon Gathering on St. Patty's Day. SPEAK UP. Is it just a drink you want or shall we move next week's Monday Marauding to Wednesday?

NEWS FLASH!
Marauding Singles have been spotted Gathering near Ray's Golden Lion in Richland and are expected to take possession of a large portion of Ray's Mongolian Barbeque at 7:00 p.m. tonight. BE THERE! :)

Dance lessonsn in TEXAS TWO-STEP, a partner dance, are this Tuesday, March 16 at Coco Loco. The lesson is for singles and couples, no partner needed, under 21 OK until 9pm. Open Dancing follows the lesson with house DJ.

Subject: Dancing that dinner away ;)

The Sunny Singles dance team [meaning any S.S. member] will be gathering to learn country western dance at the Coco Loco Tropical Restaurant on Tuesday night. Lessons start at 7:00 p.m. and cost $5 per dancer. Reservations are NOT required so drop-ins are welcome.

If you haven't tried the dance lessons yet, Kelly is the host for SS and tells me there are quite a few people taking these lessons. Could it be that dance lessons are the real *meat market* and you're missing out?

Subject: Mid-Week Marauding!

Monday Marauding is moving to Mid-Week Marauding! It seems that a couple of the restaurants we have been wanting to Gather in are not open on Mondays. Go figure.

Wednesday 31 March we feast at the Spaghetti Establishment, 2107 W 4th Ave, Kennewick, WA. Gather at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday 26 March the Badger Mountain Dry Band is giving a concert at the Battelle Auditorium. I highly recommend this for a Gathering and need someone to act as host. Hosting is a VERY SIMPLE thing to do. Contact the webmaster by email to volunteer...
Punks in the park.
Yesterday I watched a gang of hispanic teenage boys terrorize little kids on the Howard Amon Park playground equipment next to the Richland Community Center. One small girl was hurt by these ruffians which resulted in an altercation between parents and the gang. The City needs to police the park a little more and perhaps they need some reminding...

DANCE LESSONS are still on Tuesday at Coco Loco in Richland, WA.

MARAUDING has moved to Mid-Week so dinner is at 7:00 pm in the Spaghetti Establishment, Wednesday evening. 2107 W 4th Ave, Kennewick, WA... [Must have been a hundred singles at breakfast today! Well, at least 16...]

SUNDAY BREAKFAST will be at Jackson's in RICHLAND next week. I repeat RICHLAND at the corner of 'G' Way and Lee...

We have 2 member birthdays this week [check the calendar] and daylight savings starts on Sunday! I'm soooo excited!

Why does daylight savings excite me? BECAUSE that's when we start the very popular Bike 'n' Walk evenings!!! Tune up your bikes [non-motorized], trim your toenails and meet other singles at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard Amon Park parking lot across the way from Jackson's Sports Bar in Richland, WA. After 1 hour of either walking or bicycling along the river we meet in Jackson's for calories and conversation.

Tuesday is Country Dance Night at Coco Loco in Richland, WA. Texas Two-Step and partner dancing are being taught. Kelly is our host for the evening and no reservations are required. Admission is $5.00 per person and lessons are from 7:00 - 8:00 pm (DJ Open Dance Music at 8:00 pm).
