WaaaaHooooo! It's *Crusty Morsel Monday* and the Sunny Singles will be breaking crust in the Round Table restaurant at 245 Torbett St, Richland, WA. A map and directions are on our website at http://www.sunnysingles.com/maps.php

Gather with us 'round the table at 7:00 p.m. to palaver over pineapple, pepperoni and an anchovy or two. Our table's reserved and I think they'll have brew.

Subject: Tuesday Trotters

TONIGHT is Country Western Dance Lesson night from 7:00 - 8:00 pm at the Coco Loco Tropical Restaurant in Kennewick. Cost is $5 per lesson. Details will be sent out weekly. Kelly is our host.

PIZZA PARTY was a successful gathering! At least for the men. We had more than double as many women show up for pizza as men. Go figure. On the coming Monday we well have dinner together at R.F. McDougals in Richland. That's behind Chuck Cheese for you folks with children.

Sunday is for bowling! We have 2 lanes reserved for 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Atomic Bowl in Richland, WA. Shoes rental and games are all $1 each. WHAT A DEAL! I expect to see all you bargain hunters and bowlers there with your Hawaiian shirts on.

Subject: Monday's Roaming Dinner

This Monday evening we will meet for dinner and conversation at R.F. McDougalls in Richland. They're near the Rattle Snake Brewing Co. and behind Chucky Cheese. This should be an excellent gathering for chatting together.

FRIDAY is *Friday the 13th* and the Ides as well as the Coffee House. Three Rivers Folklife Society Coffeehouse evening featuring Humphrey & Hartman starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Unitarian Universalist Church at 619 W. Albany, Kennewick, WA.

Monday night roaming dinner is at 7:00 p.m. in R.F. McDougall's in Richland. BE THERE!

Any suggestions for a Friday the 13th gathering? More members are asking about Sunny Singles trips for whitewater rafting and camping so I am preparing a survey to help orgainze such trips.

The Sunny Singles dance team [meaning any S.S. member] will be gathering to learn the Sweetheart Schottsche country western dance at the Coco Loco Tropical Restaurant on Tuesday night. Lessons start at 7:00 p.m. and cost $5 per dancer. Reservations are NOT required so drop-ins are welcome. Kelly is our host for this gathering until the end of February.

Terrie is hosting an evening of stand-up comedy at the Joker's Lounge in the Atomic Bowl Casino. Gather at 8:00 p.m. for conversation, drinks, or dinner. Comedy starts at 9:00 p.m. Hint: enter through the casino to avoid being carded at the bowling alley doors.

Subject: Singles Needed!

Howdy Good People!

I've got reservatons down for Friday the 13th at 8:00 p.m., Fiesta/Atomic Bowl's Comedy Night, (see GAS announcement). I'm betting Butch, ye ol' Webmaster, we can round up 20 Singles and have one terrific night!! I noticed the GAS said, "... drinks or dinner." Heck- If you want both beverage and food, go for it! It's separate tabs all the way, anyway - HA!

If you know of any single that's been meaning to come to a gathering, but just hasn't gotten around to it...This is the one! Good company around the table and hopefully a good Comedian will show up at 9:00. Sooo....help get the singles count to 20+ this Friday ....pleazzze!

Sunday Breakfast
in the Towne Crier in Richland, WA at 10:15 a.m. We're usually at a table along the right wall as you enter.

Sunday Bowling
in the Atomic Bowl at 2:00 p.m. Reservations are pending cooperation by management. It's dollar day! Wear your Hawaiian shirt!

Monday Dinner
in the Mandarin House in Richland, WA at 7:00 p.m. This is just West of the Atomic Ale on Lee.

Tuesday Night Dance Lessons

Saturday, 20 March 2004 is the Spring Equinox AND a new moon. It's also the perfect night for star gazing. We already have a tent and propane heaters for a possible star gazing evening but no telescopes. Subject: Dancing Singles!

Tuesday night is Texas Two-Step dance lessons at Coco Loco in Richland, WA. Lessons start at 7:00 p.m., cost is $5 per dancer and drop-ins are welcome. NO PARTNER REQUIRED. Kelly is your Sunny Singles Host.

The Mandarin House CHINEESE restaurant was closed for Presidents Day so we walked up to Las Margaritas for dinner. Eight members broke bread [tortillas] and breached many topics of conversation. Monday the 23rd we try to have dinner at the Mandarin House again. LOL

Subject: What is Fat Tuesday?

Since a couple of you have asked, I'll send this explaination of Fat Tuesday to everyone getting GAS.

*Fat Tuesday* is the very last day preceeding Lent. Lent is the 40 day period preceeding Easter during which Christians pray, fast and give alms. Basically, Fat Tuesday is your last chance to eat, drink and be merry [to excess] for the next 40 days. [Buddy, can you spare an alm?] Directly translated into French, Fat Tuesday is Mardi Gras.

Monday night dinner location is undecided still because the originally planned place is closed on Mondays :( I need to check on the Rattlesnake Mountain Brewery to be sure they are open. The email address on their website is broken :((
